Age of admission to Pre-School (Nursery)

  • Children born between 1st April, 2022 and 31st March, 2023 only are eligible for registration / admission.
  • Upper Age Limit: Less than 4 years as on 31st March, 2026
  • Lower Age Limit: 3 years+ as on 31st March, 2026

Registration and Submission of the Application Form

  • Please read the instructions clearly before filling the online registration form.
  • Completed registration form needs to be submitted latest by 01:00 pm on Saturday, 27th December, 2025.
  • After filling the online application form, please save, download and print.
  • Printed copy of the filled application form should be submitted at the school reception between 9:00 am to 01:00 pm (Monday-Friday) from 4th December, 2025 to 27th December, 2025.
  • Following self-attested copies of supporting documents need to be submitted along with the filled application form. Kindly bring the originals for verification purpose:
  1. Birth Certificate of the child
  2. Proof of residential address (any one of the following):
    • Voter ID of any of the parents.
    • Aadhaar Card of any of the parents.
    • Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill (MTNL/BSNL only) with proof of payment.
    • Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
    • Ration Card/ Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father - having name of the child).
    • Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
  3. Print out of Google Map: School to residence (on-road distance)
  4. Affidavit regarding first born (only for first born boy child / In case of twins, affidavit is applicable for both the children)
  5. Proof of sibling (studying / studied at GDGPS, Vasant Kunj, Delhi)
  6. Proof of Alumni: Class XII Certificate / Mark sheet / Transfer Certificate of Parent

Guidelines for filling the Online Form

  • This is an electronic registration form for Pre-School (Nursery) admission.
  • The registration form will refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database.
  • Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse control for the same.
  • After completing the application form kindly click on “Proceed” to confirm Application.
  • To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
  • Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
  • Please enter your mobile number and email id correctly as you will receive further communication on the same.
  • Please note that when you have slow internet connection the registration form appearance, refreshing of the form and submission of the completed forms may take some time, please be patient.
